Was Renee Good's shooting a staged event?

Was the Renee Good shooting a staged event to get people emotionally revved up, fighting among themselves about who is a "Good" social justice warrior and who is an ICE-cold, heartless brute — creating only more justification for a full-fledged AI poculice state?

Dimitri Revolt believes the entire event was orchestrated. Why? Because of the reoccourence of the number three. Three, and especially 33 are symbols of Freemasonry (believed to be the puppet masters behind the theatre of geopolitics).

I had already noticed the news reporting that the ICE agent needed 33 stitches (just like it took 33 hours to find Charlie Kirk's killer).

But Dimitri points out far more Masonic number-dropping in the Renee Good shooting. 

For example:

She was a mother of three...

...children whose ages add up to 33...

...who was shot three times by an ICE agent... 

...in front of 3333 Portland Ave...

...near the corner of 33rd Street.

Are all these threes merely coincidences? Naturally present patterns? Or is it the fingerprints of a conspiracy? Considering how nonsensical the whole scenario was (police are not trained to stand directly in front of cars and then bar a doctor from providing first aid on a wounded woman), I lean towards Dimitri's speculations.
