"I'll Show Him/Her"

"I'll Show Him/Her."

No, this has nothing to do with the transgender movement.

Rather, it's a newly released music video with my son, Jonah, and award-winning singer Talitha Blois (as Anne) performing "I'll Show Him," from the Anne of Green Gables musical.

We recorded the music and footage last summer but the editing ended up being delayed with our move to the Netherlands. The timing, however, works out well with school back in — it's a fun, back-and-forth song between Anne (Talitha) and Gilbert (Jonah) about how they are competing for the best grades.

Filmed in numerous locations around Stratford, Ontario, it's as much visual art as it is musical.
